Effective date: October 12, 2026
These terms apply to consumer purchases through the Audrey’s Chocolates website.
You can contact us at:
Email: orders@audreyschocolates.co.uk
Telephone: 01903 962718
Correspondence address: 28 Holland Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 1JJ, United Kingdom.
Many of our chocolates are handmade, so their appearance and decoration may vary slightly. Products will match their descriptions.
Please check ingredients and allergen information before ordering and read the packaging before consumption. Contact us before purchasing if you need advice about suitability.
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat, and not in the fridge unless the packaging advises otherwise.
Please check your order and delivery details before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable items. We will not substitute products without your agreement.
If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
We send our chocolates by tracked express delivery, because chocolate shouldn’t be kept waiting!
Current delivery charges, free-delivery eligibility and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact orders@audreyschocolates.co.uk so we can help.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Audrey's Chocolates will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
To request a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.
We do not offer an additional voluntary 30-day returns policy.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
Cancellation rights do not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, clearly personalised goods, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions apply only where the particular product meets the legal conditions.
Notify us by email or post and contact us for return instructions. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind returns. For a valid cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and our least expensive standard delivery charge.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. Where legally permitted, we may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or there is a problem with the chocolates, email orders@audreyschocolates.co.uk with your order number and photographs where possible.
We will provide the refund, replacement or other remedy required by law. Please contact us before returning products. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty or we have made an error.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
You must not misuse our website or attempt unauthorised access. Our photographs, text and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
Changes to these terms apply to future orders only.
Send this to orders@audreyschocolates.co.uk or our correspondence address if you wish to exercise an applicable cancellation right. You may instead send any clear statement of cancellation.
