At Audrey's we use only the best ingredients and this includes our chocolate, which is the finest Belgium chocolate from Barry Callebaut who have been crafting high quality chocolate for over 175 years. They trade ethically with cocoa growers via the Cocoa Horizons Foundation and you can find out more by following the link below.
Our in house blend of dark chocolate is unique to Audrey's. It is a blend of cocoa beans from Tanzania & Mexico which gives a smooth dark chocolate with a light fruity finish.Or Noiris a delicious all round chocolate which we use in many of our products such as the chocolate bars, chocolate raisin and Easter eggs, to name but a few.

We are proud to support Cocoa Horizons. They are an impact driven program focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children. The Cocoa Horizons Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization supervised by the Swiss Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority. It was established in 2015 by Barry Callebaut.
