Our Signature Rose and Violets
Handmade fondant....
Our fondant are made in many flavours still using the traditional method of starch trays.
The two that seem to be everybody's favourite are the rose and violet creams.
Audrey's Starch Trays....
Our creams are moulded in starch trays, where we use a method of pouring liquid fondant into hand pressed shapes. We allow them to cool and then we brush them out, ready for enrobing.
The enrobing....
They are enrobed with our own blend of dark or milk chocolate and hand finished with rose or violet petals. After cooling they are hand packed into our Audreys Boxes.
