Dark Chocolate Raisin Squares

Handmade - melted chocolate and raisins ...

We begin the process of making our chocolate raisin square by adding just the right amount of perfectly tempered chocolate to raisins. These ingredients are then mixed together and poured onto a prepared sheet. Working quickly (before the chocolate starts to set) we spread the mixture out with a pallet knife to just the right thickness. When it is very nearly set we use our antique cutter to mark out the individual raisin squares. This is one of our favourites and absolutely delicious.
