Each year, a fresh batch of Kentish Morello cherries is steeped in brandy and left to mature for three years at our factory.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis year' release was crafted from cherries picked in the summer of 2023, now perfectly aged and ready to be enjoyed. Once matured, the cherries are hand-stoned, wrapped in soft fondant, and dipped in rich dark chocolate. After resting for six weeks, the fondant transforms into a luscious liquid centre.
